Plant information: Venus flytrap 'Dionaea muscipula' 'Opus delight'

Venus flytraps are carnivorous plants that come originally from North America where they grow in poor soil and boggy conditions. Prey such as insects and spiders, attracted by the plants’ vivid colours and fragrance, are caught in the hinged lobes of the leaf trap.
