Keep the Urceolina peruviana or Stenomesson miniatum dry between October and March, allow it to die off completely above ground. Stop watering even if the leaves are still completely green in October. Winter temperature should not be above 13 degrees, if the temperature is too high, budding will not take place. Provide sufficient water in spring, during flowering and afterwards. The plant can be placed indoors or in a greenhouse, but during warm periods the plant can also stand outside and a single cold night does not harm this plant
