Tococa guianensis, a non-epiphytic ant plant, is originally from French Guiana where it grows in moist, fertile soil. It contains structures which ants inhabit, commonly known as “domata”.
Tococa guianensis thrives in a high level of humidity. Misting from time to time is therefore a good idea to keep humidity levels high. Do not expose to direct sunlight but do make sure the potting mix is kept moist
