The question where the Philodendron x ‘Arrow head’ got its name from is not much of a brain teaser. The young leaves are very pointy, but as they grow older the leaves split up in two or more individual leaflets the remind of wings. One thing is for sure: the Philodendron x ‘Arrow head’ won’t bore you!

The Philodendron x ‘Arrowhead’ is originally from Central America. Its leaves, just as in many of the Philodendron species, tend to change over time. The light green leaves often have a white or gray shade infused into them which makes it a real eyecatcher. The ‘Arrow head’ is also known as the Philodendron nephthytis.
The Philodendron x ‘Arrow Head’ is an easy plant to take care of. To make sure it thrives, make you sure you put it in bright, indirect sunlight. It’s best to keep the soil moist, but make sure you don’t oversaturate it. Well-draining soil is a must for this Philodendron. It won’t hurt to spray some water the plant every now and then to make sure it stays humid enough.
