The Philodendron Fuzzy Petiole has green, heart shaped leaves. The leaves are glossy on top and have a matte underside. In comparison to other Philodendrons, the leaves of the Fuzzy Petiole are relatively thin. So, make sure to be a bit careful when handling this Philodendron.
Philodendrons are fairly easy to take care of. When the first few centimeters of the soil feel dry, it’s time to water the plant again. Be careful not to overwater the plant as this may cause the roots to rot. It wouldn’t hurt to mist the plant a few times a week during the drier months to stay on top of the humidity. The Philodendron Fuzzy Petiole would do well in partial shade. Just make sure you don’t put in direct sunlight.
