The Maranta leuconeura ‘Fascinator’ is a very popular Maranta species and is also known as the Maranta ‘Tricolor’. The leaves are full of color and display dark pink, light green and darkgreen. At night the plant rolls up its leaves and will also do so when it’s placed in a spot that’s too dark for the plant.
The Maranta leuconeura ‘Fascinator’ is low in maintenance. The ‘Fascinator’ is originally a tropical plant which means it thrives in indirect sunlight. When you water the plant it’s important you don’t soak the soil because it might result in root rot. Make sure the first few centimeters of the soil are still a little bit moist (but not completely dried out) before you water the ‘Fascinator’ again.
