Originally this type of passion flower is found in Central America 'Honduras and Guatemala' where hummingbirds take care of its pollination. The passiflora citrina has an oval, reddish fruit.
Place the passion flowers in full sun or light shade. The same goes for indoors, make sure it has a bright, sunny spot. From May to October the plant can be outside. Minimum temperature: about 10 degrees Celsius. Maximum temperature: about 30 degrees Celsius. Make sure it is kept moist in summer, but give it less water in winter.
