The Anthurium bakeri is native to all the jungles from Guatemala to Columbia. There this special Anthurium grows as an epiphyte on trees and other plants. As a houseplant the Anthurium bakeri will flourish in a container and is an easy plant to cultivate. The leaves are long and thin and have a deep-green colour. When the plant is in flower, it produces long, cigar-shaped flowers. The Anthurium bakeri will grow to a height of maximum 60 centimetres.
