Dionaea muscipula 'Pincushion' is a spectacular Venus Flytrap cultivar. The lobes of its leaf traps have countless small teeth not unlike pins in a pin chusion. It has fleshy leaf stalks with a rugged profile.

Dionaea muscipula 'Pincushion' is a Venus flytrap cultivar with a difference. Its appearance is unique. Its leaf lobes do not close but their unusual and decorative shape more than makes up for the fact. This variety of Venus flytrap cultivar obtains the nutrients it needs from water and from light.
Dionaea muscipula 'Pincushion' thrives in a humid environment preferably in direct sunlight. It does not need feeding as it obtains nutrients from light, water and the atmosphere. Its growing medium must be kept wet with rainwater, boiled water or demineralised water.
