Tropical pitcher plant x ventrata (Nepenthes x ventrata) supplied by Araflora will grow into full-sized carnivorous plant of up to 2 metres. Nepenthes x ventrata can be grown in a hanging basket or a free-standing pot, but in either case the pitchers must have sufficient space. In such conditions, the Nepenthes x ventrata will grow at a normal rate. When it blooms, Nepenthes x ventrata produces a cluster of yellowish brown flowers.
As a tropical pitcher plant x ventrata (Nepenthes x ventrata) requires a high level of humidity in order to form healthy pitchers. It needs to be kept damp in a well-drained medium. Nepenthes x ventrata likes bright, indirect sun. It requires a daytime temperature between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius with cool, humid nights. The temperature should never be lower than 10 degrees Celsius or higher than 30 degrees. This tropical pitcherplants prefers slightly acidic peat as a growing medium. It can be pruned if it becomes too big.
