Drosera ultramafica is best kept in a mixture of peat, sand and perlite, on a very sunny windowsill or in a terrarium with artificial lighting. Drosera ultramafica is closely related to Drosera spatulata but is distinguishes itself by red hairs in the centre of the rosette of trapping leaves.Also, the trapping leaves of this sundew grow to be more upright once the sundew has reached maternity.
Drosera ultramafica is best cultivated in a mixture of peat, sand and perlite on a windowsill with intense sunlight or in a terrarium with artificial lighting. Drosera ultramafica likes a high humidity so the medium needs to be kept properly moist.
