Plant care: Rhaphidophora tetrasperma 'M'

Rhaphidophora tetrasperma is very easy to care for. It is an ideal houseplant for places with partial shade, no drafts and temperatures above 15°C. Water with lukewarm rainwater after allowing the soil to dry slightly before you water again. Don't allow water to remain in the pot as this can cause diseases and infections to the roots. Do this by mixing the soil with a small amount of perlite. Use normal potting soil as a substrate for Rhaphidophora tetrasperma. In the summer, fertilize once a month at half strength to promote growth. In winter reduce this to once every two months. Rhaphidophora tetrasperma can be sensitive to over-fertilization. Cut old leaves from the plant.
