The Philodendron Moonlight is a beautiful plant which is originally found in Central and South America. The plant has light-colored leaves, differing from a yellowish to a light green color. So, don’t be alarmed when you see some yellow leaves appearing. These are not malnourished! This plant can become quite big and has leaves which can grow to be around 60 to 70 cm long.
Philodendrons are fairly easy to take care of. When the first few centimeters of the soil feel dry, it’s time to water the plant again. Be careful not to overwater the plant as this may cause the root to rot. It wouldn’t hurt mist the plant a few times a week during the drier months to stay on top of the humidity. The Philodendron Moonlight would do well in partial shade. Just make sure you don’t put in direct sunlight.
