Pleurothallis racemiflora is native to many countries in the tropical part of Central America, including Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Colombia, and Venezuela. The numerous amber-colored flowers of the Pleurothallis racemiflora don't grow larger than 1 cm. The center of the flower is slightly brighter in color than the rest of the petals. The leaves are light to dark green in color and are on long stems. In Pleurothallis racemiflora these are narrow at the base and round at the end.
Pleurothallis racemiflora is an easy orchid to care for. Place the orchid in a shade place, 22°C is the optimum temperature. Only water Pleurothallis racemiflora when the substrate has been allowed to dry slightly. As a substrate, you can use an orchid mix that you mix with peat and perlite. This ensures good water retention and drainage at the same time. You can find this, among other growing supplies, in our Plant Accessories section. When flowers and leaves are done blooming, it is recommended to cut them off.
