Plant care: Orchid 'Platystele stenostachya' 'Starter'

Platystele viridis requires a light and somewhat cooler placement, for example a little lower in the terrarium. Daily misting with soft water (like osmosis water) is recommended. Extra fertilization is not directly required. Give this orchid an airy substrate or place the orchid on a fern root or epiphyte trunk. To ensure sufficient moisture, always place Sphagnum around the roots if the plant is not put in a substrate. Some experience with tending to orchids is desirable.
