Asplenium daucifolium - Fern06
Asplenium daucifolium produces foliage resembling that of the carrot family (Daucus). It is also known as the mother fern because like other fern species, it produces tiny plants at the ends of its fronds that can be removed and propagated separately.

undemanding but as a tropical plant it requires a high level of humidity and considerable heat. It is therefore best grown in a terrarium or a tropical greenhouse.
Asplenium daucifolium can be grown in normal potting compost that must not be allowed to dry out. The plantlets that form at the ends of its fronds can be removed and planted in their own pots. This an added bonus for anyone interested in growing new plants.
