Impatiens omeiana is a hardy variety of impatiens with an extraordinarily pretty leaf and bright yellow flowers which bloom frequently. It is suitable for covering the ground in the partial shade of a garden, but can also live in the windowsill.

Impatiens omeiana is originally found in China.
Suitable as an indoor or pot plant. When temperatures are above 0 degrees the plant can be outdoors. Nutritious and permeable soil is suitable. Placement: light shade. Temperatures between 10 and 30 degrees Celsius are optimal, but lower temperatures can also be sustain, though the plant will bloom less.Contrary to many other varieties of Impatiens this one is hardy; its roots can survive winter.
