Plant care: Bladderwort 'Utricularia bisquamata' 'Starter'

Utricularia bisquamata is easy to take care of and can be placed in a terrarium and on the windowsill, as long as it gets enough light. The temperature should be kept around 22⁰C, but not much higher to prevent dehydration. Thriving in humid conditions, this species should constantly be kept under a small layer of water. Mineral poor water like rainwater is preferred. A mixture of fine sand, perlite and moss create a suitable substrate. You can find these components in our ‘Plant Accessories’ section.
