Sundew 'Drosera graminifolia'

Drosera graminifolia is a big South-American Drosera. The biggest distinction between Drosera filliformis and Drosera graminifola is that graminifola - like many other South-American Drosera - has lots of fur. The onion-like peel encloses the leafs at the base.

Drosera graminifolia thrives best on a peat-perlite mixture or on a mixture of perlite with Sphagnum. Like most South-American species she likes high light intensity and high humidity. Preferably put her in a terrarium with artificial lighting. Drosera graminifolia requires a high day temperature (ca.23°C). At night provide a drop in temperature to ca. 15°C.
