Product infoThe Drosera capensis (Alba) occurs in nature in southern Africa. This sundew grows quite quickly and is very effective at catching insects by its upstanding elongated sticky leaves that roll up to catch the prey.
Plant careThe Drosera capensis grows best in a standard peat-perlite soil mixture. Araflora has many kinds of soil mixtures for sale, so you can either buy a ready made mix, or blend different kinds together for a unique soil mixture. Because of its resistance to extremes, the Cape sundew does well outside and inside, as long as it is kept in a sunny and humid area.
