There is no great challenge in taking care of this plant. Although it enjoys insects, it doesn't need them to survive. The tropical origin of its two ancestors results in Utricularia alpina x endressii also needing a warm and humid environment around 28⁰C. A terrarium or a warm humid spot on the windowsill will be enough. You can attach the plant to a piece of bark, but it can also be kept in a pot with a mixture of perlite and peat moss. In this way excess water can't linger in the pot and dehydration is also prevented. We offer a suitable mixture and other components in our 'Plant Accessories' section. It is best to water Utricularia alpina x endressii using rainwater or distilled water.
