Begonia brevirimosa can easily be pruned to retain its small size. It is a bushy species which can also be allowed to grow large or along a stick. In a terrarium it is advisable to place the plant in shade or under a fluorescent lamp. In general a high humidity is recommended. Minimal temperature of approximately 10 degrees Celsius, maximal temperature of around 35 degrees Celsius. Keep its soil slightly moist.
