Product infoPeperomia fagerlindii has thick egg-shaped leaves with a pointed end. These are attached to thin hanging purple stems and are curled, giving them the shape of half an eggshell. The plant is found in a small area and is considered endangered. During flowering, special inflorescences emerge above the foliage. On the Peperomia fagerlindii, these resemble small white spikelets.
Plant carePeperomia fagerlindii is fairly easy to care for. The species needs a temperature of around 24°C. Don’t let the temperature get below 12°C or higher than 30°C. The plant can be kept both in the living room and in a terrarium, since it tolerates both high and low humidity well. However, keep it away from drafts and radiators. It is best to water Peperomia fagerlindii when the upper layer of the soil has dried up slightly. This will be about twice a week. Make sure that excess water can drain properly from the pot. For this it is advisable to put a layer of stones under the normal soil. If you want to support the plant in its growth you can give it plant food once every two weeks. Peperomia fagerlindii can be pruned if it becomes too long.
