Product info
Begonia bogneri was discovered by Bogner on Madagascar in 1969. The stringy leaves are about 2 mm wide and 15 cm long. Like other Begonias the Begonia bogneri has male and female flowers. The female flowers are distinguished by their greater count of flower petals 'Six instead of four'.
Plant care
Begonia bogneri is not an easy species as house plant or terrarium plant. In a terrarium this Begonia enjoys high humidity and temperatures. As a house plant it must be watered properly, though the soil must be kept wet but not overwatered.
