Plant care

The Brocchinia reducta needs a great deal of light and can be grown in the full sun. The outside temperature in winter should be above 5˚ Celsius [41˚F]. Water the plant from above, so that the water will find its way into the cup. Do not leave the plant for too long with its roots in water. The Brocchinia reducta needs a permeable potting soil with only few nutrients. Araflora uses a mixture of peat and perlite for its cultivation.
