Product info
In its natural habitat, Ipomoea bolusiana grows in diverse African habitats ranging from forests to savannas and grasslands. It is named after Harry Bolus (1834-1911), a South African banker and botanist.
Plant care
Ipomoea bolusiana likes well-drained potting mix. Regular watering during the growing season is essential but allow the base to dry out somewhat before watering again. Gradually stop watering when the main stem dries out after summer, in order to prevent rot. Start watering again when the stem begins to grow in late winter.
