1. Quality and guarantee - Complaints
A lot of care and attention goes into the quality and dispatch of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact our customer service immediately. We will process your complaint as soon as possible, and you will receive a reply within 2 working days at most.

2. Quality and guarantee – Product quality
We have fulfilled customer expectations for years and have dispatched orders to thousands of happy customers. All our plants and other products are selected with great care. Your ordered plants will arrive well packaged, fresh and straight from the nursery. On top of this all our plants are subject to an extensive inspection prior to dispatch. In this way we can ensure you will always receive the best of the best.

3. Quality and guarantee – Returning plants
We deliver our plants quickly and well packaged. Plants are live products, we  therefore can not offer to take them back. We do guarantee their quality, for this see our replacement guarantee.

4. Quality and guarantee – Other products
For the remaining, non living products, return is possible as long as the products are unused and undamaged. Before you return products always contact our customer service.

5. Quality and guarantee – Replacement products
Occasionally we cannot supply a product you’ve ordered. If this is the case, we still like to offer the best service. Via email we will advise alternative products.
